WRiTiNG?! 08/27/2009
I've always been a writer, whether it be prose, poetry, or lyrics. And I've had about ten novels floating around in my head for many years now. One of them, set in the world of Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos, has started to surface (forgive the pun)! I'm mostly just outlining the project right now. I'll keep you posted.  It's too damn hot! Been reading some Lovecraft and got inspired to do the new piece... hope you like it! I'm tired, so this isn't going to be a long or exciting blog. I very much want to attend Dragoncon in Atlanta next month, but the reality is that I'm probably not going to be able to be there. It's good to have him back; he and I have always artistically thrived off each other. I've got a lot of projects in the works, and it feels like it's going to take forever!  Tonight's a week ago now that me and my beloved Ember parted ways. We met a little over a year ago. She's my Soulmate; I still believe that. We were physically together for about 3 months, but she was sent back to Arkansas last summer. I'd been doing everything I could to move up there so we could be together, but alas, my financial situation just would not allow it. She met someone else, and even though she said she'd wait for me, I wanted her to be happy above all things... so we went our seperate ways. We were engaged, and I do still love her. Everything happens for a reason, I suppose. Ember taught me the basics of digital art, and I am blessed to have had her in my world. MoBiCOn xII 05/23/2009
